Lauryn left big consulting behind to start Qualitas Consulting Group with a simple premise: focus on quality and do what’s right for the client. She has spent her career taking messy problems and transforming them into elegant solutions. She was recognized in the April 2020 edition of Consulting Magazine as one of the Women Leaders in Technology Consulting due to her dedication to client service. With a penchant for good process, Lauryn has mastered the art of good practical advice. She has a diverse background, having worked in law firm support, information technology, legal department operations, legal department software solutions, and of course, consulting. She uses the culmination of these experiences in her client work, balancing the unique demands of each client with the commonality of core business problems. She has personally worked on well over 200 projects across two decades, five businesses, ten countries and dozens of industries.

Lauryn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Finance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Master’s Degree from Rockhurst University in Information Systems. She resides in Overland Park, KS with her husband and four children.
